Conditions :
- • All above rates are quoted in THAI BAHT per room, per night, Inclusive of 10% Service charge and 7% Government tax
- • Include Breakfast for 2 persons
- • Child under 4-12 years old sharing bed with their parents, will be charged @ 125.-Baht/ Child (Maximum 1 Child / Room)
- • Check In time 14:00 Hrs. / Check Out time 12:00 Hrs.
- • Compulsory New Year Gala Dinner on 31/12/2009
- • All major credit cards(VISA < MASTER) are accepted, hotel Surcharge 3%
- • Rates include free usage of wireless internet in room and through out the hotel.
- • The extra bed rates will be applied 700 baht for an extra person in room, where extra bedding is required and inclusive of breakfast.
- • The baby cot is free of charge.
Airport Transfer :
- • Hotel Private Car 600.- Baht / Way (Maximum 4 Persons)
- • Minivan 1,200.- Baht / Way (Maximum 8 Persons)
Booking Conditions;
All reservations shall be guaranteed by appropriate deposit by credit card. The amount is changeable depends on the season.
Cancellation Policy
The guests shall notify the hotel in writing if any cancellation occurs prior to the minimum noticed date. In the event of notification by the client after such date, the hotel has the right to apply the late cancellation charge as follow;
Cancellation Policy/Charges :
• Low Season - Less than 10 days before arrival date; 1 night penalty charge.
• High Season - Less than 21 days before arrival date; 2 night's penalty charge.
• Peak Season - Less than 45 days before arrival date; 100% penalty charge.
NO-SHOW CHARGE
In the event that the individual or entire group does not arrive, the guests shall hold responsibility for payment with 100% penalty charge.
AMENDMENT OF BOOKING
Any amendment which effect to shorten period of stay, later date of arrival and lower the number of rooms must be informed to reservation office; otherwise the amendment penalty will be applied as same as 'A) CANCELLATION CHARGE'.
EARLY DEPARTURE
The hotel reserves the right to charge to the guests in case that the guest stays at the hotel and willing to depart before the check-out date which is reserved;
• Low Season - 1 night penalty charge.
• High Season - 2 night's penalty charge.
• Peak Season - 100% penalty charge.
